Yael Stone

Stone was born and was raised within Sydney, Australia, where she was a student at in the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). Stone began acting as young, and was featured in the films Me Myself I and the miniseries The Farm. In 2008, at the Sydney Theatre Awards she was recognized as the Best Newcomer, as well in the category of Best Supporting Artist, for her role In The Kid. She also appeared in supporting characters on All Saints, Spirited and other shows. In 2010 she was a part of 2011 in The Diary of a Madman. The role she played, she won a nomination at the Sydney Theatre Awards for Best Supporting Actress. The actress traveled to New York in February 2011 to perform in The Diary of a Madman, a Brooklyn Academy of Music production of The Diary of a Madman.
